A Good Start is Halfway to Success

It's been more than three weeks since our Semi-State disappointment and it seems that the team has put this behind them and is motivated to succeed during the track season and beyond. Most impressive is the showing by the Schrute Farms boys at the Midwest NXR meet last weekend in Terre Haute. Also, Nate ran sub-sixty minutes at the Hot Chocolate 15 KM in Chicago! Finally, Will shared his results from a solid 13 mile training run he and Kenny ran on Monday! I'm excited to see where this dedication will take them. As Jason Fitzgerald mentions on his web page Strengthrunning (https://strengthrunning.com/) "Running is exciting because it’s cumulative; what you do this week helps you next month. And your training next month helps you next year!" Onward Trojans!
